How do I exchange or return my order?

You have 14 days after receipt to return your order in its original condition (the lights must not have been hung) to the following address, enclosing your order number:

Reminder: our shades are handmade with natural pigments. Slight variations in shade may therefore exist from one luminaire to another, inherent to the artisanal process of our manufacture.

What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

If the parcel shows traces of moisture, or if it is open, refuse it. If it seems damaged (dented, flattened), take photos of the package with the carrier's delivery note clearly visible, then make a reservation when you receive your package.

 Once the photos have been taken and the reservation made, if the inside of the parcel is damaged, write to us at   bonjour@georgesstore.com, with photos of the parcel and its contents, and together we will find the best solution for you.
